Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of bluecomforttravel.com (the "Site") and any travel planning services you request from Blue Comfort Travel, a sole proprietorship ("Blue Comfort Travel," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Role as a Travel Agency

Blue Comfort Travel acts as an intermediary, arranging travel services on your behalf with independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, car rental companies, and transportation providers ("Suppliers"). We do not own or operate these Suppliers. Your booking is also subject to each Supplier's own terms and conditions, which you are responsible for reviewing and accepting.

2. Quotes, Pricing & Availability

Quoted prices and availability are provided by Suppliers and can change without notice until a booking is confirmed and, where applicable, a deposit is paid. We are not responsible for price increases, currency fluctuations, or availability changes that occur before a booking is finalized.

3. Deposits, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Deposit amounts, final payment deadlines, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility are set by each individual Supplier and vary by booking. We will share these details with you at the time of booking. Any planning or service fees charged directly by Blue Comfort Travel are non-refundable once work on your itinerary has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport, any required visas, and for meeting all health, vaccination, and entry requirements for your destination(s). We recommend confirming current requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, or government travel advisory before you travel. We are not liable for any loss or expense resulting from your failure to meet these requirements.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and lost baggage. If you decline travel insurance, Blue Comfort Travel is not responsible for any losses that insurance coverage would have addressed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blue Comfort Travel is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by the acts, omissions, or default of any Supplier, or by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, acts of God, strikes, government actions, mechanical failure, or civil unrest. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount of fees you paid directly to Blue Comfort Travel.

7. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, and the Blue Comfort Travel logo, is provided "as is" for informational purposes and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission. This Site may link to third-party platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram, which are governed by their own terms and are outside our control.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Blue Comfort Travel harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of a Supplier's terms, your failure to meet travel document or entry requirements, or your misuse of the Site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
